To drive higher conversions and increase Average Order Value (AOV) by implementing a "Bundle and Save" feature on product pages, allowing customers to select multiple items within a collection at a discount. This bundling strategy was aimed at fostering larger purchases and leveraging the principle of reciprocity to enhance the customer experience.

Approach:
Our UX design focused on creating a seamless and visually appealing bundling experience, drawing inspiration from successful examples like The Essence Vault but with enhanced UI/UX.
We designed a bundle upsell feature on each product page, presenting users with an option to save by selecting a bundle from the same collection. The intuitive interface clearly communicated potential savings, encouraging users to explore bundled purchases.
Building on the single PDP experience, we added a "Bundle and Save" feature allowing customers to select three pairs of sunglasses and save a set amount. This user-friendly design showcased high-quality product images, making it easy for customers to compare and select their desired items, thereby boosting the perceived value.
Results
The "Bundle and Save" functionality not only enhanced the shopping experience but also added over $180,000 in additional revenue. This increase was attributed to improved conversion rates and higher AOV, as users were more inclined to purchase bundled items through the value-driven and engaging interface. This case study demonstrates the effectiveness of strategic bundling in elevating both user engagement and revenue.
